TrueStore Group provided defective product

On February 28, 1992, I signed up for TrueStore Group's technical assistance at their West Kadenland, Maine location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $80.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cristobal B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
