Warranty claim denied by Advisory Associates of Just

I'm writing to complain about the installation service I received from Advisory Associates of Just. After paying $926.7 for plan, I found that it doesn't work as advertised. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Annetta Y., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
