Hidden fees discovered from Studies of University

On January 28, 2007, I signed up for Studies of University's support package at their Filomenafort, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $538.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Margarete M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
