Poor customer service experience with Hearty Gastro Catering

On February 14, 1988, I signed up for Hearty Gastro Catering's support package at their Amyaberg, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $511.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Van O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
