I have been a loyal customer of Ethical Counsel Group International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-5526-KZD-7154) on April 30, 1986, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
