Overcharged by Balance Therapy Alliance for service

I want to report a serious concern with Balance Therapy Alliance's membership that I purchased on October 21, 1995 from your East Marianeport, Wyoming store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cloyd U., but my issue remains unresolved.
