I am writing regarding order #ORD-9530-QQS-6774 placed with The Natural Culinary Rome on June 3, 1993. I paid $551.90 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hilma G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
