Warranty claim denied by The Advanced Clinic Foundation

On September 10, 1979, I signed up for The Advanced Clinic Foundation's warranty service at their North Demarcoshire, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $959.11, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, German U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
