I purchased a subscription from The Advanced Clinic Foundation on June 2, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rachael V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
