Quality issues with Modern Living product

On May 2, 1978, I signed up for Modern Living's maintenance program at their East Albintown, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $884.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ramiro F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
