False promises made by Spot & Center representative

On March 15, 1991, I signed up for Spot & Center's delivery service at their Breanaborough, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $608.38, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abraham J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
