I purchased a platform from Spot & Center on August 22, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Daren Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
