I want to report a serious concern with Advocate Partners, Partners's tool that I purchased on June 20, 2017 from your Lake Cydney, Rhode Island store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alf I., but my issue remains unresolved.
