Unsatisfactory resolution from Advocate Partners, Partners

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8182-DGM-3575 placed with Advocate Partners, Partners on August 18, 1994. I paid $960.6 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Frank Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
