I purchased a subscription from Med Group on July 14, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sigurd L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
