On April 8, 2011, I signed up for Genius Class of Leadership Changwon's installation service at their Paulinemouth, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $584.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stella F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
