Billing dispute with Mart Now International

On February 11, 2001, I signed up for Mart Now International's setup assistance at their East Arnoldside, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $88.78, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Quinten B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
