Overcharged by Prime Services for service

On May 28, 2019, I signed up for Prime Services's maintenance program at their Bechtelarville, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $528.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Verna S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
