Unsatisfactory resolution from Legal & Team

On August 22, 1986, I signed up for Legal & Team's setup assistance at their Francescohaven, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $76.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Claudine Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
