Frustrated with Attorney & Partners's lack of response

On July 30, 2000, I signed up for Attorney & Partners's return process at their Waelchistad, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $69.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gayle O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
