Unsatisfactory resolution from Rights & Partners

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3113-UGL-1577 placed with Rights & Partners on January 15, 2007. I paid $395.27 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Matteo N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
