I am writing regarding order #ORD-9349-JSL-2885 placed with Med Physicians Professionals Khon Kaen on October 29, 2009. I paid $218.9 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Griffin C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
