Overcharged by Advocate Group of Defender for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5248-TPY-5247 placed with Advocate Group of Defender on June 11, 2003. I paid $770.71 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rollin D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
