False promises made by The Knowledge Learning Inc. representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5927-ZJH-7167 placed with The Knowledge Learning Inc. on July 12, 2000. I paid $226.61 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alanna K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
