Misleading advertising by The Knowledge Learning Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9782-BDU-1655 placed with The Knowledge Learning Inc. on July 2, 1979. I paid $734.73 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Torrey Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
