I am writing regarding order #ORD-3760-MKX-1978 placed with Luxury Abode Management Corp. on July 8, 1974. I paid $493.38 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Angelica E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
