False promises made by The Knowledge Academy representative

On September 6, 2012, I signed up for The Knowledge Academy's setup assistance at their Lake Reggie, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $149.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Edmond F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
