False promises made by The Knowledge Academy representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5905-SAN-4479 placed with The Knowledge Academy on December 28, 2002. I paid $308.69 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marielle Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
