Quality issues with Expert-Projects product

On November 23, 1992, I signed up for Expert-Projects's return process at their Port Mireyaport, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $454.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elta K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
