I want to report a serious concern with Practice Chambers of Ethical's system that I purchased on June 5, 2003 from your Satterfieldville, New York store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Hertha N., but my issue remains unresolved.
