On October 25, 2014, I signed up for Homes & Partners International's maintenance program at their Beerbury, California location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $442.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Chasity D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
