Frustrated with Prime Goods Collective's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6235-KZS-4562 placed with Prime Goods Collective on September 20, 1989. I paid $749.43 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gia E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
