Warranty claim denied by Prime Goods Collective

On January 31, 1991, I signed up for Prime Goods Collective's exchange program at their South Ericka, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $252.11, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lea M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
