On December 2, 2001, I signed up for Virtual-Byte Semarang's support package at their Schmittborough, California location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $412.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, King H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
