Unresolved issue with Urban Management Inc. product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8019-CLB-2732 placed with Urban Management Inc. on November 8, 2006. I paid $627.20 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gonzalo F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
