DataWave Oklahoma City provided defective product

On December 25, 1989, I signed up for DataWave Oklahoma City's installation service at their Kaseyton, Texas location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $252.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adriana R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
