I purchased a item from Feast Group on August 25, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jarred M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
