I am writing regarding order #ORD-7756-CIV-1092 placed with Premier Counsel Firm Inc. on April 27, 1988. I paid $111.28 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Juliana A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
