On March 26, 1999, I signed up for Defense Offices of Reliable's troubleshooting service at their Lake Lavernton, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $666.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shawna K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
