Deal & Square Group failed to honor their commitment

On August 5, 2012, I signed up for Deal & Square Group's warranty service at their Stammchester, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $712.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Danyka L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
