I have been a loyal customer of PulseHyper for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-5189-IBD-4004) on April 19, 1993, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
