Overcharged by Pioneer Class Enterprises for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1888-YHG-4482 placed with Pioneer Class Enterprises on July 14, 1976. I paid $825.68 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Meredith D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
