I have been a loyal customer of Premium Table for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-7618-RWP-5852) on September 13, 1986, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
