I purchased a system from Premium Table on March 26, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Madison E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
