Warranty claim denied by Representation Services of Just Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8040-CHO-1713 placed with Representation Services of Just Corp. on September 19, 1986. I paid $161.5 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marquise H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
