On February 8, 1987, I signed up for Wisdom Education Scholars Enterprises's upgrade service at their North Rosellaton, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $902.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kasandra F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
