Hidden fees discovered from Estates Solutions Group

On February 29, 2000, I signed up for Estates Solutions Group's customer support at their Juniusbury, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $180.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Garfield U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
