Refund refused by Estates Solutions Group

On August 22, 2020, I signed up for Estates Solutions Group's customer support at their Davidberg, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $459.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Chandler D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
