Misleading advertising by Gourmet Table Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4778-UXK-4639 placed with Gourmet Table Corp. on January 14, 1998. I paid $476.40 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nellie E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
