On February 3, 1997, I signed up for Gourmet Table Corp.'s troubleshooting service at their New Orlando, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $546.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carlos I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
